Do you know what amazes me?
That the energy among people, plants and animals moves like waves in, around and through us. It feels like the color waves that my reflexologist has on her ceiling while I am getting a treatment. I meditated on that yesterday while I was there.
It is easy to feel love and peace and contentment while watching the light waves, move in and out and change colors and patterns. Some call it spirit, others, the Holy Spirit. Whatever it’s names, it is every changing, flowing in and out and around all of us. Teaching us, encouraging us to live in a way that brings joy and enlightenment. We are the ebb and flow of the Universe. Our created beings began with, “Let there be Light”. It inspires creativity and all things godly.
I think things like, love, peace, acceptance, forgiveness cause those color waves to swirl and mingle in beautiful waves of positive energy.
However, I feel things like, anger, hate, resentment and so forth cause those light waves to zip and turn and cut the with spikes as darkness pierces those waves of love and positive energy like shards of glass.
When this happens, it’s easy to visualize what we call a broken heart. Whether a lover or a group of friends. It cuts, tears and shatters what we previously thought was friendship or love.
We are a combination of cells; DNA, blood and water, but we are also light beings that move as easily through time as clouds, rain and wind blow over the earth. We are all made of these energy light beams.
And, I for one, want the light of my spirit to shine and magnify the peace I feel living inside me. I want to share the light with other light makers and feel the breeze of such encounters in my soul.
